We're here to build trust. If you ever have concerns about how we operate, reach out — we're happy to help.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Raqmly's e-invoicing automation platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
We've written these terms in plain language to make them easy to understand. If something isn't clear, please ask us at info@raqmly.com.
To use Raqmly, you must:
Raqmly is a SaaS platform that helps Egyptian businesses:
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and maintaining confidential login credentials. However, we also take security seriously and implement robust protection measures.
Your responsibilities:
Our commitment: We use industry-standard security practices and will notify you promptly if we detect any security issues affecting your account.
Please use Raqmly responsibly. You agree not to:
If you violate these guidelines, we may suspend or terminate your account after giving you a chance to fix the issue.
We work hard to keep Raqmly running smoothly and aim for 99.9% uptime. However, like all technology services, we can't guarantee 100% availability.
Planned maintenance: We'll notify you at least 24 hours before scheduled maintenance that might affect your access.
Unexpected downtime: We'll work quickly to resolve any issues and keep you updated on our status page.
Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. We'll notify you before any price changes.
If payment fails, we'll give you a grace period to update your payment method before suspending service.
⚠️ Important: All subscription payments are non-refundable.
If you send less than the required amount, you will receive credits equal to the amount paid. We cannot process refunds for any payments made, so please ensure you send the correct amount.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. However, no refunds will be issued for unused time or partial months.
Your data belongs to you. We never claim ownership of your invoices, business data, or any content you upload to Raqmly.
We provide tools to export your data, and we recommend keeping your own backups. While we maintain secure backups of our service, you're ultimately responsible for your data.
Either party can terminate your account:
You can: Cancel your subscription anytime. Paid subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period.
We can: Terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with reasonable notice when possible. We'll provide data export options before termination.
While we work hard to provide reliable service, technology isn't perfect. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption. However, this doesn't affect any consumer rights you may have under Egyptian law.
We may update these terms occasionally as our service evolves or legal requirements change. We'll notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use of Raqmly after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Egyptian courts, though we prefer to work things out directly with you first.
